sometimes there is this error looking like this: "The model returned invalid tool-call JSON after three attempts: Expecting ',' delimiter: line 1 column 196 (char 195)" or "The model returned invalid tool-call JSON after three attempts: Invalid \escape: line 1 column 151 (char 150)"
I don't know why this occurs and why only sometimes.
